Applicant - The applicant shall be the current owner of the lot on which the improvement work is proposed.

Schedule - This application must be completed, submitted, and approved prior to commencing the improvement work. A determination will be made by the Association within thirty (30) days of receipt of a proper application by the Architectural Control and Covenants Committee as provided in the Association Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions. All Cobblestone assessments owed by the applicant or contractor must be paid before this application can be considered.

Provide sample of fencing plank (width, height and species) to the Architectural Control & Covenant Committee.

Maximum span between posts shall not exceed 8 feet.

Minimum of 3 horizontal rails between post.

All new wood fences will not be painted or stained without prior approval by the AC&CC with a sample being submitted to the AC&CC with this application.

No Plastic or composite material allowed.

Attach a site plan of the property showing the location of the property lines, easements and new proposed fence location (s) with this application.

Agreement - The undersigned applicant agrees to comply with all conditions and standards found in the Cobblestone Standards for Construction, this Fencing Application, the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions of Cobblestone, By-Laws of Cobblestone Homeowners Association, Inc., and all applicable govermental laws or ordinances. Applicant understands that the fencing work shall not begin until approval of this application by Cobblestone. The applicant also agrees that the Cobblestone Homeowners Association and the Architectural Control and Covenants Commitee make no warranty or guarantee as to the suitability or appropriateness of any fencing material listed or approved.

All plans and specifications as desribed in the Standards for Construction shall be submitted with this application.
