COBBLESTONE IMPROVEMENT APPLICATION

Applicant - The applicant shall be the current owner of the lot on which the improvement work is proposed.

Schedule - This application must be completed, submitted, and approved prior to commencing the improvement work. A determination will be made by the Association within thirty (30) days of receipt of a proper application by the Architectural Control and Covenants Committee as provided in the Association Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions. All Cobblestone assessments owed by the applicant or contractor must be paid before this application can be considered.

Improvement Application


Compliance with standards and restrictions


If you are proposing work to be done marked with an asterisk (**) above, please also provide paint swatches for each new color change. 


Agreement - The undersigned applicant agrees to comply with all conditions and standards found in the Cobblestone Standards for Construction, this Improbement Application, the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions of Cobblestone, By-Laws of Cobblestone Homeowners Association, Inc., and all applicable govermental laws or ordinances. Applicant understands that the improvement work shall not begin until approval of this application by Cobblestone. The applicant also agrees that the Cobblestone Homeowners Association and the Architectural Control and Covenants Commitee make no warranty or guarantee as to the suitability or appropriateness of any improvement or material listed or approved. 


All plans and specifications as described in the Standards for Construction shall be submitted with this application.
