Cobblestone is conveniently located east of K-96, near the intersection of 13th and 127th with easy access to great schools, restaurants, shopping, walking paths, and local places of worship. 

Cobblestone is a Covenant protected community. New and perspective homeowners are encouraged to review all Covenant governing documents as they specify the restrictions, processes, and requirements that must be followed by all homeowners. Please note: all work on exterior of homes, fences, paint, roofs, sheds, trees, yards, etc. must first be submitted to our Architectural Control and Covenants Committee for approval.
